These brownies are made in-house in our gluten-free bakery. Premium and kosher ingredients and our gluten-free flour blend achieve a thick, chewy texture for these brownies. Semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate are the base of our brownies, giving them a fudgy taste without being overly sweet. Brown sugar and pure cane sugar cream the butter together, which helps create a chewy texture that brownies are known for.
